NOTE!     File named '!stc.library' is so called decrunch library. It's very
          useful when you are doing e.g packdisks. It's much shorter than the
          _real_ stc.library but can ONLY DECRUNCH LIBRARY crunched files.
          Don't mix !stc.library and stc.library... Got it?
